Beatriz Lamelas Ocaña
Degree in Children Teaching (University of Jaen-UJA), Degree in Advertising and Public Relations (University of Cadiz-UCA) and MA an Organizational Communication (Complutense University of Madrid–UCM).
Now is an advertising and communication researcher in the Faculty of Information Sciences, Complutense University of Madrid. Her research interests are focused on new advertising formats aimed at children, with special interest in augmented reality, video games, social networks and digital literacy among others. In addition she has worked as a community development in child development laboratory Youth Thinkin’ dedicated to research about Brands and Teens, carried out by The Modern Kids & Family.
Currently, besides his Ph.D, she works as coordinator of the communication department in the MA Communication of the Organizations in Complutense University of Madrid and teaches workshops about advertising, communication and responsible use of social networks to children at school SEK Santa Isabel of the Community of Madrid.
