Associate professor at the University of Bordeaux Montaigne in Communication and Information Sciences.
She analyzes the new television environment and the cultural convergence.
She studies particularly American TV series, the phenomenon of fandom in the digital age and production’s strategies (i.e. Transmedia Storytelling).
She also teaches courses on Audience and programming, Television and cultures and Transmedia Storytelling.
She coordinated a special issue on Transmedia Storytelling for the French Journal Terminal and one on crossmedia production and audience involvement for the online journal Participation.
She wrote articles on the Transmedia Strategy of Fringe for Adaptations and on fans’ reception practices. She organized a seminar on Convergence culture and Transmedia Strategies at the University of Bordeaux 3 (2012-2013).
She also ran a MOOC entitled « Understanding Transmedia Storytelling » in France.
