She is degree in Journalism and is teaching Journalism genres and Digital journalism at Universidad Loyola Andalucía.
She holds a Ph.D. in Young prosumers: children and adolescents as agents of social change through digital content creation.
She has been visiting researcher at Bournemouth University, in Centre for Excellence in Media Practices focused on Media Literacy research.
She has participated at SUSO14, the Doctoral Summer School in Communication of ECREA (European Union).
She earned a Master in Methods in Economics and Social Sciences by the Universidad de Córdoba.
Her research, presented in international conferences, is related with digital contents, youth online participation, Media Literacy, youth and advertising, youth positive uses of technologies and social change.
She is member of SEJ-558 Quokka research team. Studies in Positive Communication and Education.
She is member to ofECO Elearning, Communication and Open-data: Massive Mobile, Ubiquitous and Open Learning. 2014-2017, European project. Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP) CIP-ICT-PSP.2013.
She cooperates too in the Spanish I+D+I project: Media representation of non-healthy body image. Development of a prevention tool among children aged from 5 to 8: “Mi cuerpo me gusta”.
Her entire professional career has been linked to different media: tv, magazines, newspapers and communication agencies.
